Change color of Avatar

Hi, is there any way to change the background color of the user avatar as per photo below ? Sometimes the color overlapped and make it hard to distinguish between users. [图片]

please upload your own avatar to instead the default
不支持修改背景色，可以制作一个类似的头像上传替换下。
