Get link URL always triggers antivirus

Hi, in our application we usually generate a fill-in link through the workflow to provide our customer a link to fill in the worksheet. In some cases, this links can trigger the antivirus on the customer side and the customer is unable to access the HAP system. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? [图片]

I just want to update I have managed to find the cause of the antivirus trigger.
The domain we used is a no-ip.com dynamic DNS domain. This type of domain is sometimes associated with phishing and scam websites.

We have since moved to a .com domain and the antivirus have cleared the website and no longer flagged it as dangerous.

哦我看错了，你用的是工作流的获取链接，这个确实好用一些，可以生成单独的 url，但是好像不能像是公开表单一样关闭来源参数。
另外我看了一下，你的客户使用的 eset 杀毒软件应该是独立安装，和浏览器没关系，所以刚才我换浏览器测试你的 url 好像没什么意义。
或许你可以安装 eset 杀毒软件测试一下？

不用，我刚才访问你这个链接看了一下，ssl 没问题，你试下进入公开表单设置，关掉部分的，来源参数 → 设备信息，试下？我用了谷歌、Firefox、360 浏览器访问你的 url 都没出现这个问题。
