I have a subtable which lists the products in a table with their respective instruction manual and calibration certificate which is arranged as shown below. The two file columns are foreign field which is linked to the respective product item and product serial sheets. When it is viewed in normal worksheet view, we can click on the file on the table and it can be previewed directly.
However, when the same view is shared as view only link using the workflow, the file is unable to be previewed, and only able to be downloaded. If the file is attached to knowledge base, it can't be downloaded at all. Only way you can access the file is to view the record individually by pressing the enlarge icon on the left side of the table (highlighted in red box).
Is there any way for us to have a shared view that behave the same as when we view the worksheet locally?
