I'm currently trying to key in a Malaysian phone number +60 11 7324 3385 which is a valid phone number, but not accepted by the Phone Number data entry type. Is there any way we can tweak the rules so that the phone number can be accepted as a valid ? Below is the link for Malaysian phone number, it is noted that numbers starting with prefix 011 can have up to 8 digits which currently unable to be accepted by the data entry form. We are happy to inform you that we have fixed this issue. You can now use the latest phone number verification rules. 😄
Noted on the reply. Meanwhile, we'll just hold out until it is updated. Currently we have many data already on the table, it is just the latest phone is not able to validate properly. We'll temporarily use the remark column to store the number first.

Sorry, we may not be updated to the latest version for Malaysia phone number format. I will report it to our dev team as a bug. Until this issue is fixed, you can use the "Text" field instead of the "Phone" field to store phone numbers. If you want to restrict the phone number format to match the Malaysian phone number format, you can add a custom regular expression as a validator for the "Text" field.
